WhatsApp client base crosses 70 million in India

“We have 70 million dynamic clients here who utilize the application at any rate once every month,” business head Neeraj Arora said at the fifth yearly INK Conference.

He said the complete client base of the organization, which was >bought by Facebook in a $19 billion arrangement prior this year, is 600 million.

With over a tenth of the clients from the nation, India is one of the greatest markets for WhatsApp, he stated, including associating billions of individuals in business sectors like India and Brazil is the point of the organization.

Mr. Arora, a former student of IIT-Delhi and ISB Hyderabad, said WhatsApp will keep on holding an unmistakable character even after the takeover by Facebook and won’t get converged with the person to person communication goliath.
